is a Senior R&D Engineering Manager with a background in biosensor and mechanical medical device development. Experienced in building algorithms for sensor data acquisition and analysis.
Jacob Parsons
is a Biomedical Engineer who specializes in biomechanics, bioinstrumentation, and high-precision medical device design. His background in computational motion capture at the University of Wisconsin–Madison provides a data-driven approach to mechanical validation. Leveraging SolidWorks modeling, Jacob ensures the seamless integration of structural integrity and clinical functionality.

is a Mechanical Engineer who specializes in mechanical design, mechanism development, and product animation. His background in mechanical engineering provides a strong analytical foundation for designing efficient, reliable systems. Leveraging CAD modeling and motion visualization tools, he brings concepts to life while ensuring performance, manufacturability, and design integrity.

is the CEO and Founder of Voltas, known for building and exiting two highly successful medical device companies— NeuWave and Auris. He has nearly 20 years of experience in medical device sales across 15 states, with a strong track record of driving growth and commercialization. Throughout his career, he has earned four President’s Club awards across multiple product lines at leading global medtech companies. In addition to his sales success, he has built, trained, and mentored high-performing sales teams nationwide.
