Her background being a project manager and user focused designer provides a creative ability to find solutions that uphold the highest level of efficiency and quality.
Jason Scherer
is the CEO and Founder of Voltas, known for building and exiting two highly successful medical device companies— NeuWave and Auris. He has nearly 20 years of experience in medical device sales across 15 states, with a strong track record of driving growth and commercialization. Throughout his career, he has earned four President’s Club awards across multiple product lines at leading global medtech companies. In addition to his sales success, he has built, trained, and mentored high-performing sales teams nationwide.
Matt Newman
Matt Newman is the President of Sales at Voltas with over 20 years of experience, primarily in the medical device industry, including innovative technology and surgical robotics companies. He has played key roles on initial commercial sales teams at multiple early-stage startups, helping bring new technologies to market. His experience includes companies such as Hansen Medical (acquired by Auris Health in 2016), Echosens North America, and most recently Auris Health. Across these roles, he has contributed to building commercial strategies and scaling adoption for cutting-edge medical technologies.
